Located in Scottsdale (Central Scottsdale), Sonesta Simply Suites Phoenix Scottsdale is within a 10-minute drive of Talking Stick Resort Casino and Kierland Commons. This hotel is 13.5 mi (21.7 km) from Arizona State University and 5.1 mi (8.1 km) from Westworld of Scottsdale.

Staying a month or longer

Every room here has a kitchen with a full-size fridge and freezer, an oven and a microwave, so breakfast and most dinners can stay at home. The hotel has a guest laundry and a small grocery shop, and for the weekly shop Fry's Food and Drug is about a quarter of a mile (450 m) away on 90th Street, with Sprouts Farmers Market on Shea Boulevard under half a mile (600 m) away.

The studios we were offered had a queen bed, a sofa bed, a desk and free Wi-Fi: enough for one or two people for a month. A family is better off with two rooms, which can be booked together in one booking.

HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center is about a quarter of a mile (400 m) from the hotel. By car, without traffic, Mayo Clinic's Scottsdale campus is about 15 minutes away, Mayo Clinic Hospital in north Phoenix about 20, the Scottsdale Airpark offices about 10, Old Town Scottsdale about 15 and Sky Harbor Airport about 30.

The rates we saw were for the room only, without breakfast, and the hotel charges for parking, so add both to a monthly budget. In our live searches on 31 October 2026 the hotel had rooms every time: for 14 nights in November and January, and for 28 nights in January and February.
