Where people stay longer

Florida, Mexico and the Caribbean: the places with the most hotels that suit a stay of weeks.

How a long stay works here

  1. Today

    Set the length

Search starts at 14 nights. Move check-out a week at a time, or tap the day you want to leave.

  2. Before you choose

    Read what matters for weeks

Room size, bed setup, kitchen and cancellation terms are on the hotel page before you choose a room.

  3. Before you pay

See the whole amount, then pay

Checkout lists the room rate, our service charge and what the hotel collects on site. You pay once; the voucher arrives by e-mail.

Who books two weeks or more

Six reasons we hear most. Each one asks something different of a hotel.

  • Work trip or project 2–8 weeks

Near the office or the site, with a desk, reliable Wi-Fi and an invoice for the company.

  • Moving to a new city 2–6 weeks

Time to find a flat, with a kitchen, a laundry and flexible cancellation.

  • Medical treatment 2–6 weeks

Close to the clinic, quiet, with room for the person who comes along.

  • Renovation or insurance stay 2–8 weeks

Near home while the work is done, with the paperwork your insurer asks for.

  • Courses and programmes 2–8 weeks

Dates set by the programme; a room close to the venue for its whole length.

Questions about long stays

Not answered here? Write to info@innzyroom.com

How long can I book?

Online, up to 60 nights in one booking. For a longer stay, book the first part and write to us before it ends: we will look at extending it with the same hotel.

Is the price per night the same for 14 and 28 nights?

Usually close. Hotels set the rate for each night, so a four-week stay is priced night by night; the total for the whole stay is shown before you pay.

What exactly do I pay before arrival?

The room rate and our service charge, in one card payment. Taxes or resort fees that the hotel collects itself are shown separately as "Payable at the property".

Are there taxes on stays longer than a month?

It depends on the place. In Florida, for example, hotel taxes apply to any stay of six months or less. City pages list the rule where we know it, with the source.

Can I cancel?

Each rate shows its own terms before you book: free cancellation until a date, or non-refundable. On long stays a refundable rate is often worth the small difference.

Can I book several rooms or travel with children?

Yes. Set rooms, adults and the age of every child in the search form; the rates you see are for that exact party.

Why do you ask for my nationality?

Hotels and their suppliers price some rates by the guest's nationality. We ask once, before the first search, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Do I get an invoice for my company?

You receive a booking voucher with the hotel's reference and the full terms. For a company invoice, write to info@innzyroom.com with your booking number.

What if the hotel does not confirm?

If the hotel does not confirm, the full amount is refunded. If the confirmation takes longer than usual, we tell you by e-mail and keep the booking in review.
