InnzyRoom provides a structured and transparent booking process that guides users from their first visit to confirmed payment. The flow is designed to minimize friction, reduce cognitive load, and ensure a consistent user experience across all devices.
Visit the Website
The user visits innzyroom.com from any device to start searching for and booking accommodation. The platform interface is designed for clarity and predictability, allowing users to quickly understand how the booking process works without unnecessary actions.
Go to Search
The user navigates to the "Search Hotel" tab, which initiates the accommodation search and selection process.
Interaction Options
The primary booking path on the platform is performed through the standard search form. In addition, a consultation tool is available to support the user during decision-making.
Primary scenario: Search form
The user independently fills in the search form by specifying the destination, travel dates, and number of guests. Based on these parameters, the system generates relevant search results.
Additional scenario: AI Consultant
The AI consultant is used exclusively for consultation and support purposes. It answers user questions, helps clarify preferences, explains differences between accommodation options, and provides guidance on the booking process. The AI consultant does not automatically narrow search results and does not make decisions on behalf of the user.
View Available Options
The system displays a list of available hotels and accommodation options that match the parameters entered in the search form.
Review Details and Prices
The user opens an accommodation page to review detailed information, including descriptions, photos, available room categories, and current prices.
Select an Accommodation Option
The user selects a specific room or rate plan that best meets their requirements and proceeds to booking.
Enter Guest Information
The user provides the required personal and contact details, including name, email address, phone number, and optional comments if necessary.
Accept Terms and Conditions
The user reviews and accepts the terms and conditions to continue the booking process.
Payment and Confirmation
