1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Grok Travel’s hotel booking platform, including websites, mobile apps, customer support, and related tools (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Grok Travel, operated by Grok Platform Limited, acts as an online intermediary connecting travelers with accommodation providers (“Properties”). Contracts for accommodation are formed directly between you and the Property unless stated otherwise.
2. Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Grok Travel”: the platform operator providing the Service, operated by Grok Platform Limited.
- “Property”: hotel, resort, hostel, apartment, or other accommodation listing inventory on the Service.
- “Booking”: a reservation request placed via the Service and confirmed by the Property.
- “User”, “You”: any person or entity using the Service, including guests and account holders.
- “Rate”: the price and conditions offered for a room type for specified dates and occupancy.
3. Scope of Service
The Service enables you to search, compare, and book accommodation worldwide. We display information provided by Properties and third-party suppliers, including availability, prices, photos, amenities, policies, and location. While we strive for accuracy, content may change or contain errors; always review the Property’s policy details at checkout.
We do not guarantee that all content is up to date at all times, and we may modify or discontinue features without prior notice. Certain services (e.g., loyalty programs, vouchers) may be subject to additional terms.
4. Eligibility & Account
- You must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
- You may book as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information and to promptly update it as needed.
5. Booking Process
- Search & Selection. Choose destination, dates, occupancy; review available Rates and policies.
- Guest Details. Provide guest names and contact details; special requests may be added but are not guaranteed.
- Payment. Complete secure payment if required to confirm the Booking.
- Confirmation. Instant in most cases. Your booking voucher and confirmation number will be sent by email and shown in your account.
Your Booking is only guaranteed under the specific Rate conditions shown at checkout (including cancellation, prepayment, and deposit rules).
6. Prices, Taxes & Fees
- Displayed prices are based on information received from Properties or suppliers and may vary by date, occupancy, and currency.
- Unless stated otherwise, taxes and fees are included at checkout. Some local/municipal taxes or resort fees may be payable at the Property.
- Currency conversions are provided for convenience only; your payment provider may apply exchange rates/fees.

7. Payments & Security
- We support major cards and selected digital wallets. Available methods can vary by country or Property.
- Payments are processed through PCI DSS–compliant providers. We use encryption and security safeguards to protect your data.
- Preauthorization or deposits may be required by the Property; bank holds can affect available funds until released.
8. Cancellations, Modifications & No-Show
- Cancellation. Policies vary by Rate/Property. Many Rates offer free cancellation until a specified deadline; missed deadlines may incur charges up to the total stay.
- Modifications. Changes to dates, length of stay, room type, occupancy, or guest names are subject to availability and the Property’s rules; price differences may apply.
- No-Show. If you fail to arrive without canceling within the free window, the Property may charge per the Rate policy and release remaining nights.
9. Refunds
Where a refund is due under the applicable policy, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and typically range from 5 to 10 business days after approval. Non-refundable Rates are not eligible for refunds unless required by law or explicitly stated.
10. Special Requests & Preferences
Requests (e.g., high floor, crib, late check-out, airport shuttle) can be submitted during booking. Properties will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee fulfillment. Some services may incur additional charges payable at the Property.
11. Property Responsibilities
- Properties are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings (photos, amenities, policies, availability) and for delivering the booked services.
- Properties must honor confirmed Bookings and Rate conditions and handle on-site services, maintenance, and compliance with applicable laws.
12. Guest Responsibilities
- Provide true and complete information (names, contact details, payment data) and comply with Property rules.
- Meet visa, health, or travel requirements applicable to your trip.
- Use the Service lawfully and refrain from fraudulent activity or abuse.
13. Overbooking & Relocation
If a Property cannot honor a confirmed Booking (e.g., overbooking), the Property is responsible for offering a suitable alternative of comparable standard or a refund in accordance with applicable law and policy. We will assist with coordination through our support channels.
14. Force Majeure
Neither we nor the Property shall be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), including natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, government actions, utility failures, or labor disputes. Policies during Force Majeure may differ and will be communicated where feasible.
15. Liability & Disclaimers
- We act as an intermediary and are not the provider of accommodation services unless expressly stated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for acts, errors, omissions, representations, or warranties of any Property or third party.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Your use is at your own risk.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content (including text, interfaces, logos, graphics, and software) are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Service or content without prior written consent, except as permitted by mandatory law.
17. Privacy

18. Prohibited Activities
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes or to make speculative, false, or fraudulent Bookings.
- Copying, scraping, or framing content without authorization.
- Interfering with security features or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the principal place of business of Grok Platform Limited, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts of that location, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer resident in a country with mandatory consumer protection provisions, such provisions may apply in addition to or instead of the foregoing.
20. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Material changes will apply prospectively. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
