Most properties confirm right away. Your voucher and confirmation appear in your account and arrive by email within minutes after successful payment.

Payments & Refunds

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and select digital wallets. The exact set of methods can vary by country.
No service fees are added by us. Prices shown are final unless a specific tax or charge is clearly indicated before checkout.
If your rate allows free cancellation, we return funds to the original payment method. Banks typically complete the transfer within 5 to 10 business days.

User Account

You can check out as a guest. Creating an account unlocks booking management, wishlists, and loyalty perks in one dashboard.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page and follow the email instructions to set a new password.
All past and upcoming stays are listed under "My Bookings" in your account area.

Hotel Policies

Policies differ by property and rate. Many stays allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before check-in. Exact terms are displayed before you pay.
Taxes and fees are shown transparently at checkout. In some destinations, a local city tax is collected by the property on arrival.
Yes. Add requests like late checkout, cribs, airport transfer, or higher floor during booking. The property will confirm availability directly.

Check your spam folder first. You can also find your voucher in the "My Bookings" section. If it is missing, contact our 24/7 support team.
Show the property your confirmation number and voucher. If the issue persists, call our hotline immediately so we can liaise with the hotel.
Go to "My Bookings" in your account and choose "Modify" or "Cancel." Available options depend on the rate's cancellation terms.
In most cases, yes. Open the booking details and update the guest information. Some properties require advance notice to approve the change.
